.i wanted to do something different with tempeh since i adore it.
.i threw it on the foreman..diced it..mixed it with mushrooms and gravy..poured it over wild rice atop steamed kale…then sprinkled on some chopped carrot.snow pea.garlic.onion.etc.
.made sooo much…this whole plate-worth is only about 420 cal…which is awesome. :)
